PDF price list to validated CSV

One supplier price-list PDF becomes a structured CSV with page-level provenance, validation checks, and a separate record of anything that cannot be resolved safely.

Relevant to wholesalers, importers, ecommerce sellers, freelancers, agencies, operations teams, associations, and other professional users handling supplier or catalogue data.

Current boundary

The workflow is being tested against bounded, text-readable supplier documents. Payments, uploads, delivery timing, and fulfillment are not live.

Rows, required fields, duplicates, formats, and totals are checked where applicable.

Unresolved values are listed separately instead of being silently guessed.

Only necessary files and fields should be processed, with controlled retention.

Generated output is not accepted as correct without source or validation evidence.

The production flow below is still being tested. It is not yet an active customer workflow.

    Submit the source file

    A supported supplier price-list PDF is provided through a future secure intake flow.

  2. 02

    Extract and structure

    Rows and fields are mapped into a defined CSV structure.

  3. 03

    Validate

    Rows, field formats, duplicates, page references, and available totals are checked.

  4. 04

    Review exceptions

    Ambiguous or incomplete values are separated for transparent review.

  5. 05

    Deliver the output

    The CSV, validation results, and exception report will be delivered through a tested secure flow.

This platform documents what is being prepared without presenting unfinished systems as live services.

Public platform under development

The website is prepared for review and future Cloudflare Pages deployment.

There is no live checkout, Payment Link, or payment collection on this site.
